Florence Lake is a five-minute walk. Bear Mountain’s golf, tennis and gym are two minutes up the road, and downtown Victoria is twenty minutes away.
The living room sits under a coffered ceiling, with a linear fireplace, a deep sectional and a 65-inch 4K OLED. The Apple TV has Netflix, Crave, Prime and TSN, and you can play music through Spotify or AirPlay. Next door, the dining room seats six to eight.
